 Indian Army has a sanctioned strength of 46,000 officers but is facing a shortage of more than 10,000 officers since many years.Though there has been increase in the salaries, The Indian Govt. has failed to attract the youth towards the forces.Not just the army but also  the Indian Airforce, Navy & para military forces are too facing the shortage.

 
Project Agya is an initiative to give an insight into the forces, The entry barriers, the interview techniques, the written exams trends not just for the Indian Army,Navy & Airforce but also IAS,PCS & other paramilitary forces.Expanding our love for the nation with the release of Version 2.0 we are now focusing on other opportunities like merchant navy,commercial pilot that too have a unique lifestyle not available in traditional corporate culture. We have also started up a special section on becoming scientists & getting into research by focusing on opportunities in organisations like DRDO,ISRO,IST,IISER,etc.
Special dedicated forums for answering queries of young aspirants is yet another excellent feature. A team of dedicated officers as  volunteers is constantly monitoring them & commits to provide a solution to all the queries within 24 hours.
 
We are now getting in touch with organisations across the country having similar aims as of ours. After spreading the word of mouth in adequate number online we plan to start doing offline activities as well like holding Career Awareness & Counselling camps across the Nation in association with Amity Indian Military Education Society that acts our consulting partner in this noble cause.
